As a Sales Manager at D&V Business Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that align with our consultancy services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business consulting, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling.
➢ Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by nurturing relationships and understanding their business needs.
➢ Conduct consultations with prospective clients to assess their requirements and develop customized solutions.
➢ Present proposals and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting the value of our services.
➢ Negotiate terms and agreements to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
➢ Provide training and guidance to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
➢ Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities and market penetration.
➢ Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead generation efforts and sales collateral.
➢ Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives on a consistent basis.
➢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records for audit purposes.
Experience:
➢ 2 to 4+ Years of an experience in field sales.
Desired Skills:
➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
➢ Ability to travel for field sales activities.
Requirements:
➢ Must have a laptop and vehicle for travel.
Education Qualifications:
➢ Master’s degree
